Educator. "Talk Show" Host.

Steve considers himself a teacher first and foremost. His passion lies in making complex concepts click through stories, pop culture references, and the occasional self-deprecating joke.
He is the creator and host of Pass Psych Tonight, a free educational YouTube series that unapologetically steals the format of Last Week Tonight, minus the budget or acclaim.
He is also the creator and host of Late Night Lectures, a talk-show-style series developed in partnership with Macmillan Learning.

"When college professor Steve Ross began teaching psychology 16 years ago, he never imagined he’d one day be drawing on his love of late-night television in the classroom. But as it turns out, playing a late-night host has become one of his best tools for getting through to students."
